Set in one of the oldest and wealthiest towns of Connecticut, this Greenwich renovation was completed by Murphy Brothers Contracting. The home was designed to restore and maintain classic period features. Sitting comfortably as an original home in its historic community, it has been revived and reconditioned with a modern touch.
Drawn up by architect Lovas Architects LLC, this HOBI (Home Build Industry) award winning project provides a modern refresh to the interior and exterior of the home.
From the front the home maintains its classic, historic aesthetic.
The open land was used to create an oasis with a beautifully constructed indoor – outdoor room.
