THE COMPANY
Founded in 1979 by brothers Chris and Sean Murphy the firm continues to prosper from its beginnings as a local residential remodeler in Larchmont, NY. Today the firm employs over forty individuals with a wide variety of skills, experience and expertise. It attracts, and has long-standing relationships with, some of the best craftsmen, trades people and design professionals in our area. Services have expanded from full service to general contracting to construction management and owner representative services. Our current market now spans the border of New York and Connecticut reaching into its many historic towns and villages. Our portfolio highlights distinctive homes and clubs nestled along the shore of Long Island Sound.

OPERATIONS
The support staff enhances the management and flow of information that each project generates. Estimates, change-orders, request for information, submittals, schedules, coordination and material acquisition are done through a networking process. On-site Project Managers may be linked with suppliers, support staff, production managers, architects, designers and clients. Projects are monitored and documented with digital photography and video. It keeps the flow of information up to the minute, an essential component of effective communication. The key ingredient in any coordinated effort.
